Maud Panis

Maud Panis is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines - Associée at CLAREO Lighting since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing the HR service in a high-growth environment, talent recruitment and retention, and implementing legal obligations. Prior to this, Maud held the position of Responsable des Ressources Humaines et du Recrutement - Associée at Nexworld from September 2012 to December 2018, leading HR strategy and initiatives resulting in a notable Great Place to Work recognition. Earlier experience includes roles as Responsable Recrutement at Beijaflore and Consultante en recrutement at Michael Page. Maud holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Communication from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Paris-Sud University.
