Hammad Shah, RPh is the Chief Executive Officer of Clarest Health, a company that provides customized pharmacy care to skilled nursing and post-acute facilities across 40 states. With a background in pharmacy, Shah has held leadership positions in various healthcare organizations, including SOC Telemed, FreseniusRx, and Express Scripts. Shah is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and holds an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
