Janhavi Wagle has extensive work experience in the field of customer success. Janhavi started their career at LongJump in 2005, where they provided business development and marketing support before transitioning to the role of Senior Manager of Customer Success. In this position, they led a team responsible for customer service, advocacy, technical support, and training. Janhavi also played a key role in establishing best practices for using the application and platform, interfacing with customers and partners to provide feedback to product development. Janhavi joined Software AG when they acquired LongJump and continued in their role until 2013. Janhavi then moved on to Clari, where they initially worked as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Director of Enterprise Customer Success. At Clari, they helped revenue teams improve efficiency, predictability, and growth through their Revenue Operations Platform.
