Jason Pope has a diverse work experience in technical support and engineering roles. Jason started their career at Walsworth Publishing as a Network and Systems Administrator in 2003. Jason then worked as a Residential Internet Support Technician at Convergys from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they joined CenturyLink as a Technical Support Lead and served in that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer. Following that, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC in 2012 as a Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for various tasks such as supporting Veritas products, creating technical documentation, and managing internal projects. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Clari, where they contribute to the company's Revenue Operations Platform.
Jason Pope earned their High School Diploma from Marceline R-V in 2002. Following this, they attended State Technical College of Missouri from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming. From 2004 to 2007, Jason pursued their passion for Graphic Design and 3D Animation at ITT Technical Institute in Lake Mary, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
