Joshua LaMarche has extensive work experience in customer support and technical support roles. Joshua currently serves as the VP of Global Support at Clari since 2023. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Council Member for Customer Experience (CX) at California State University - East Bay starting from 2021. Joshua has also worked as an Advisor for multiple companies in 2020.

From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Head of Customer Support at Gong, where they led the global Customer Support organization and focused on designing disruptive customer experiences and scaling an innovative world-class team.

Before joining Gong, Joshua was the Head of Technical Support at Samsara, Inc from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they played a key role in scaling the global Technical Support function for the hyper-growth IoT SaaS business.

From 2008 to 2018, Joshua worked at Flexera in various roles, including Director of Technical Support, Director of Global Partner Support, and Senior Manager of Technical Support.

Starting their career at Rovi Corporation (now TiVo) in 2001, Joshua held the position of Manager of Technical Support. Joshua was responsible for managing the global escalations function and handling critical escalations, strategic accounts, and high profile customer experience issues.

Joshua's earlier work experience includes being a Senior Support Engineer at InstallShield Software Corporation from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Joshua LaMarche has demonstrated expertise in customer support, technical support, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Joshua LaMarche obtained an Associates of Science degree in Information Systems from Morton College in the year 2000. Joshua then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, completing it in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has acquired additional certifications, including Effective Negotiating from KARRASSĀ® Effective Negotiating, KCS Fundamentals from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
