Kristina Olney

Kristina Olney has a strong background in human resources and people operations. Kristina is currently working at Clari as a Senior Director of People Operations. Prior to that, they held the same position at Incorta, where they were responsible for leading a global team and implementing various HR initiatives, including benefit transitions, payroll system changes, and the establishment of HRIS. Kristina also played a key role in expanding Incorta's operations to the UK. Before Incorta, Kristina worked at Marin Software as an HR Director and Manager. Kristina has also held HR positions at Openwave Messaging, inPowered, Velti Inc, and Clarity LLC. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager of Seasonal Operations at Ardent Impressions. Overall, Kristina has extensive experience in HR leadership roles and has successfully managed various HR projects and initiatives throughout their career.

Kristina Olney completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Sonoma State University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management from Notre Dame de Namur University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014.
