Susanne Engdahl

Susanne Engdahl is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President People & Organization at Husqvarna Group since August 2014, Susanne drives global operations excellence by aligning workforce strategies with business goals and promoting innovation through AI as an ambassador. Previous roles include Team Manager HRBP, HR Specialist, and Director People & Organization SSC Sweden at Kitron from May 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR initiatives, leadership training, and global HR system management. Susanne holds a degree from Umeå University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
