Rohit Agarwal has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Rohit started their career at Almabase in 2016 as a Sales Business Development intern. In 2017, they interned at ITC Foods Limited as part of the Kites Internship Programme. Rohit then joined Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2018 as a Management Trainee.

In 2019, Rohit returned to Almabase as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they managed the customer lifecycle for over 50 accounts, including implementation, onboarding, training, and driving platform adoption. Rohit also conducted quarterly business reviews and achieved a retention rate of 90%.

Rohit's responsibilities expanded in 2021 when they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Almabase. Rohit acted as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of 25+ enterprise accounts, including prestigious educational institutions such as Harvard University and the University of Texas. Rohit successfully retained 85% of these accounts and contributed $400K in ARR.

Most recently, Rohit joined Clari as a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Rohit Agarwal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in July 2019.
