Toni Pang has a comprehensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Toni is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clari since September 2021. Before that, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Nitro, Inc. from November 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Toni held multiple roles at SAP Concur, including Senior Client Success Manager from January 2018 to January 2020, and Client Success Manager from November 2016 to December 2017. Toni also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at SHL Talent Measurement from CEB, where they worked with large organizations across the UK, providing technical and commercial expertise in talent measurement. Toni's responsibilities included driving business performance through the use of insight-led talent measurement for various projects.
Toni Pang completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography and Sociology from Maynooth University, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a level 6 degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Fetac, where they studied from 2009 to 2010. Toni then enrolled in the University of Greenwich for the academic year 2010-2011, earning an MSc in Criminal Justice Studies with a focus on Law. In terms of additional certifications, Toni obtained Level A and B certifications from The British Psychological Society in June 2013 and became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through training provided by CMC Partnership Global in August 2022.
