Claudia Pugliese

Claudia Pugliese has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent & Engagement Manager at Clariant since January 2018. Prior roles at Clariant include HR Solutions Manager and HR Project Manager for Switzerland, France, and Benelux. Before joining Clariant, Claudia worked as an HR Assistant at Rofra Bau AG from April 2016 to December 2017 and spent five years at Human Competence Center AG as a Kauffrau. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Betriebsökonomie with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, and has completed various educational qualifications in personnel management and commercial training.
