Milica Ermer

Milica Ermer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Milica started their career as a Financial Consultant at VRM Invest in 2009, where they worked until 2012. From 2011 to 2016, Milica worked at Erste Banka Srbija, starting as an Internal Communication Manager and later becoming an Online Communication Manager. At Erste Banka Srbija, their responsibilities included defining a new Online Communication Strategy, optimizing website and search engine performance, improving social media presence, and coordinating public relations and corporate events. From 2016 to 2018, Milica worked as a Sales Coordinator at GLOBALSOURCE GmbH. Currently, they are working at Clariant, where they started as a Marketing Coordinator in 2018 and progressed to Global Business Partner Marketing Communications. In August 2022, Milica was promoted to the position of Head of Global Marketing at Clariant.

Milica Ermer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Finance from the European School of Economics from 2005 to 2009. Milica then pursued further education and completed an MBA in PR and Communication from the EU Business School from 2010 to 2013.
