Nils Baumgarten is a Laboratory Manager in Application Development at Clariant since January 2024 and has served as a Scientist at Fraunhofer IMM since November 2019, focusing on the development and evaluation of electrochemical microreactors for continuous syntheses. Previous roles include Research and Development positions in ceramic-based separators for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries at SCHOTT and internships at Bosch and Fraunhofer IMM, where experience was gained in battery development and testing plant operations.
