Reaj Shajib has extensive work experience, starting with their role as the Head of Operations APAC, Catalysts at Clariant, which they have held since November 2022. Reaj Shajib's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and another MBA degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. In addition, they were an MBA exchange student at HKUST Business School and Schulich School of Business - York University. Prior to their MBA studies, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering from TU Dortmund University. Reaj completed their undergraduate studies at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Reaj Shajib has also obtained various certifications, including "Executing Strategy for Results" from London Business School, "Voice of Influence" from RADA Business, and "Leadership Blind Spots" and "Managing High Potentials" from LinkedIn.
