Vlad Kryvenko

Vlad Kryvenko currently serves as the Head of HR for Eastern Europe, the UK, and Nordics at Clariant, leading strategic HR initiatives in these regions. Previously, Vlad held roles including Head of HR Central Europe for Johnson Matthey, where responsibilities involved organizational design and talent management, and led HR for British American Tobacco's operations across multiple markets, achieving notable culture change recognition. Earlier experience includes establishing the HR function for Media Group Ukraine LLC and serving as an HR Manager at SCM. Vlad's educational background includes degrees in human resources management, sociology, and marine navigation, supplemented by postgraduate studies in HR partnering.
