Zied Ghazouani

Zied Ghazouani has a diverse and extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Zied began their career at Clariant in 2004 as a Regional Market Manager for Sud Chemie. Zied worked in this role for seven years before moving to UOP in 2012 as an Account Manager. After two years at UOP, they returned to Clariant in 2014 as the Managing Director and Director of Sales for Qatar and North Africa. In 2019, they were promoted to the Head of Sales for the Middle East and North Africa region. Currently, Zied holds the position of Head of the EMEA Region for the Business Segment of Oil Services at Clariant. Overall, Zied has showcased strong leadership skills and has had significant contributions to various aspects of the companies they have worked for.

Zied Ghazouani obtained an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from HEC Paris in 2020-2021. In 2002, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Process Engineering from McGill University. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Technologies in Petrochemicals Polymers and Plastics from IFP School in 2001-2002. Zied also holds an Engineer's degree in Materials Science from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Zied completed their preparatory classes in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at Lycée Hoche from 1996 to 1998. In addition to these formal degrees, Zied Ghazouani obtained a certification in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation from Babson College in 2022.
