Minish Parikh

Minish Parikh's work experience begins in 1987 at the State Bank of India, where they held various roles in international banking, trade finance, credit, and risk management. From 1994 to 2002, they worked at the National Bank of Oman, leading efforts to improve cost efficiency and implement process reengineering and automation initiatives. Minish then joined the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd as Chief Operating Officer, where they revitalized IT productivity and wrote the IT governance framework. From 2007 to 2011, Parikh served as the Executive Director of Operations at First Caribbean International Bank, overseeing the integration of two major banks. Minish went on to become the Chief Administration Officer at CIBC First Caribbean bank and later served as an Executive Consultant at CIBC, where they developed the outsourcing governance framework. Most recently, Parikh has been working at Clarien Bank Limited as the EVP and COO. Throughout their career, they have consistently delivered challenging and complex projects and has a reputation for their strategic leadership and ability to improve cost control and business processes.

From 2013 to 2013, Minish Parikh attended the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they completed the CIBC Professional Banking Programme. Their field of study was Banking and Financial Support Services.

In 2000, Minish Parikh participated in the Senior Executive Development Program at the London Business School. This program focused on Senior Executive Management.

From 1990 to 1992, Minish Parikh pursued a degree at the Indian Institute of Bankers, earning a Certified Associate qualification in Banking.

In 1981, Minish Parikh attended Gujarat University, where they obtained an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry. They studied at this institution until 1983.

Prior to their master's degree, from 1979 to 1981, Minish Parikh completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry at M.G. Institute of Science in Ahmedabad, India.
