Rashmi Poudel

Rashmi Poudel has extensive experience in data science and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Data Science Engineering at Clarify Health Solutions from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities include data strategies and leadership. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Senior Data Science Engineer, focusing on ETL tools and Apache Spark. Rashmi's experience also encompasses a Data Scientist position at Bind On-Demand Health Insurance and a Data Science Analyst role at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where regression analysis was conducted on survey data. Additionally, Rashmi interned as a Data Engineer at Prospect Bio, managing large sequencing data on AWS, and served as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of San Francisco while obtaining a Master's degree in Health Informatics. Rashmi also holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from International Technological University.
