Eszter Nemes Incze has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Starting in 2005 at The United States Embassy as a Service Operator, they then worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at GENPACT from 2007 to 2008, providing remote application support and maintaining customer relationships.
From 2008 to 2011, Eszter joined Microsoft Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Eszter traveled internationally to intern with project teams and train with new technologies.

In 2013, Eszter transitioned to Optimise as a Rewards Administrator, responsible for account and relationship management. Eszter provided external SQL reporting, managed invoices and finances, and collaborated with Business Analysts for process improvements.
From 2016 to 2022, Eszter worked at Qualcomm as a Support Specialist, specializing in relationship and account management for external distributors and partner companies. Eszter was a specialist in Qualcomm products and patents and served as a technical liaison between customers and engineering groups.
In 2022, Eszter joined Clarify and Adobe as a Sales Development Manager and Business Development Manager, respectively.

Eszter Nemes Incze began their education in 2004 and completed it in 2008. Eszter attended the Romanian-American University of Bucharest and obtained a degree in Economy of Domestic and International Tourism, with a focus on Economics. During this time, they also studied at Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Tourism.
In addition to their formal education, Eszter has pursued further certifications.
