Carla Sandrone

Carla Sandrone's work experience includes serving as the COO at Clarika Software + Innovation from March 2017 to present. Carla was also the Co-Founder of Aspiracional from January 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at eCareshop as part of the Operations team from October 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for customer service, recruitment and selection. From November 2009 to December 2016, Carla worked as a Project Coordinator at s&b le touche, where they focused on the development of skincare products. Carla also served as the HR Manager at Santex America S.A. from February 2011 to September 2016, where they were responsible for global recruitment and selection, as well as overseeing human resources in Argentina and Peru.

Carla Sandrone has a diverse education history. In 2003, they enrolled at UES21 where they pursued a degree in Lic. en Relaciones Internacionales, which they completed in 2009. Following that, in 2009-2010, they attended Escuela de Negocios to earn a Diploma in Recursos Humanos, focusing on Diplomatura en Recursos Humanos. In 2017, they returned to UES21 and undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, they attended Scrum Alliance for a short duration to acquire the Scrum Master certification.
