Marie Krugler

Marie Krugler is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards management, international mobility, and regional HR function management across diverse markets. Currently serving as Total Reward Director and FGM Regional HRD at Clarins Group since April 2019, Marie is responsible for compensation and benefits strategies across the Americas, Middle East, Africa, and select European markets. Prior to this role, Marie held the position of Chief HR Officer at Advans Microfinance Network, overseeing HR functions for a large microfinance group. Additional experience includes roles as Senior HR Consultant at Wavestone, HR Project Manager at Bolloré Logistics, and HR Manager at ETDE - Bouygues Construction. Marie's educational background includes a master's degree in HR management and work relationships from CIFFOP and a certification in executive coaching from l'Ecole de Coaching IFG.
