Sébastien L'Hermite

Sébastien L'Hermite has a diverse work experience in finance and business roles. Sébastien started their career as a Cost Controller and Accounts Assistant Trainee at SAS 3C Hôtel Castel Clara, Relais&Châteaux, where they implemented storeroom management and created tools for department consumption control. Sébastien also handled accounts payable and participated in monthly reporting and budget planning.

Sébastien then worked as a Business and Operations Development Trainee at Rochembeaux (S) Pte Ltd, followed by a role as Consolidation - Financial Controller at Accor. Sébastien joined Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Finance Coordinator and Management Trainee at the APAC HQ.

In 2012, Sébastien joined Clarins and held various positions in the company. Sébastien worked as a Regional Financial Analyst (VIE), APAC, where they handled transversal projects for stakeholders in different departments. Sébastien then became a Regional Financial Analyst, focusing on Travel Retail, Agents, ANZ Subsidiary, Support Functions, and Business Partnering. Later, they served as a Senior Regional Financial Analyst, APAC, working on financial planning, analysis, and budget preparation for the APAC region.

Sébastien's most recent role was as the Director - Business Control, Travel Retail APAC at Clarins, where they managed retail sales, retailers, billing accounts, and beauty advisors across 23 countries. Sébastien was responsible for financial controlling and reported to the TR APAC General Manager.

Throughout their career, Sébastien has demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Sébastien L'Hermite completed their Master's degree in Finance, General from EM Normandie Business School in the years 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Chevrollier from 2005 to 2007 where they pursued their Prépa HEC in Business/Commerce, General.
