Arnab Saha

Arnab Saha currently serves as the Lead for Learning & Development at Clario since July 2023. Previously, Arnab held significant roles at Viatris, including Deputy General Manager of Sales Training and Assistant General Manager of Training from February 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Arnab worked at MSD for about 14 years as Associate Director of Learning Design & Development, Senior Manager in Learning & Development, and Regional Training Manager. Arnab’s career began at BD as a Senior Area Sales Manager in 2006 and included a role as Area Business Manager at AstraZeneca from 2002 to 2006. Arnab holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Annamalai University, as well as certifications in Leadership Coaching and Human Resource Management from institutions in the USA and India. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Vidyasagar College and Calcutta University.
