Chris then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Business Analyst, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support production operations and planning. Chris later worked at Work Institute as a Senior Data Analyst, focusing on employee turnover and retention issues and developing business intelligence tools. Currently, they are employed at Clario as a Principal Data Warehouse Analytics Software Engineer II, playing a key role in designing and implementing the company's medical imaging enterprise reporting software platform.
