Patrycja Fuksa is an experienced professional in event management and customer service, currently serving as the Global Fraud and Payments Leaders’ Summit Content Manager at Clarion Events since July 2021. In this role, Patrycja curates content for a premier event focused on fraud prevention and payments, while previously managing a diverse range of portfolios including Payments and Internet Retailing. Patrycja's background includes roles at Metro Bank as a Customer Service Representative, where key skills in trust and communication were essential, and as a Marketing Consultant at Blackjack Promotions, where IT and communication skills were utilized to enhance brand promotions. With prior experience as a Brand Ambassador for Bacardi and Diageo, and as a Branch Manager for JD Sports Fashion plc, Patrycja has demonstrated strong interpersonal, administrative, and leadership abilities. Patrycja holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and in Business Law and Management from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
