Charlotta Nordevik has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Clarion Hotel Post since November 2016, after previously holding the position of Restaurant Manager. Prior to this, Charlotta worked as Restaurant & Bar Manager at Clarion Hotel Sign from September 2015 to November 2016, and as Restaurant Manager at SOMM Restaurant & Winebar from January 2014 to September 2015. Charlotta's career began at Salt och sill, where a role as Head Waiter and Assistant Restaurant Manager was held from 2007 to 2013. Academically, Charlotta holds a Kandidatexamen in Kostvetenskap from the University of Gothenburg and has completed additional certifications including Carlsberg Beer Ambassador at the Art Of Beer Academy and a Sommelier degree from Vinkällan dryckesutbildningar.
