Rachael Eagan-Marks

Rachael Eagan-Marks currently serves as the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Margaritaville since May 2024, following a tenure as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Gideon's Bakehouse and Polka Dotz, as well as significant leadership positions at LiveTrends Design Group, Sugarboo & Co., and Williams-Sonoma, Inc., focusing on team development, sales, and customer service. Rachael has also held management roles at ANN INC. and Crate & Barrel, where Rachael was responsible for achieving sales targets and driving exceptional customer engagement. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from Radford University.
