Bill Glascott

Bill Glascott, CFA, currently serves as Head of Housing - Alternatives and Managing Director at Clarion Partners LLC since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bill held multiple positions at Green Courte Partners, LLC from February 2012 to September 2024, including Chief Acquisitions Officer and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions for niche real estate private equity funds. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Hometown America, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and acquiring properties for a significant private real estate fund focused on the manufactured housing sector. Bill began their career as a Research Associate at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company, engaging in research and analysis supporting credit evaluations. Bill holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
