Dave Kutayiah

Dave Kutayiah has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and academia. Dave is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University, teaching courses in an academic setting. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director & Head of Human Resources at Clarion Partners LLC, where they developed and implemented human capital strategies and programs aligned with the company's objectives. Dave also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Mercy College, teaching graduate-level courses and advising students on their theses. Dave has extensive experience in HR management, having served as Vice President/Human Resources at ING Investment Management and as a Human Resources Manager at AllianceBernstein. Dave started their career as a Benefits Coordinator at Cowen and Company.
