Julie Raice

Julie Raice has a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate industries. Julie began their career as a Summer Intern at Atlantic Assets Group, LLC in 2009. The following year, they interned at Ernst & Young. In 2011, they joined EY full-time and held various roles, including Real Estate Assurance Staff and Financial Services Assurance Senior. In 2016, they became a Financial Services Assurance Manager at EY before transitioning to Clarion Partners LLC in 2018. At Clarion Partners LLC, Julie initially served as an Assistant Controller before being promoted to Senior Associate in Portfolio Management and Asset Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in the same department.

Julie Raice pursued their education by completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate from New York University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, they attended Lehigh University College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
