Pedro Niño

Pedro Niño has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pedro started their career as a REALTOR Associate at Century 21 in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Pedro then pursued a career in academia and joined The University of Texas at El Paso as a Finance Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant from 2011 to 2012. Following that, Pedro worked as an Economics Instructor at Anamarc College from 2012 to 2014. Pedro then transitioned to a research-focused role at CBRE, where they held positions as a Research Coordinator from 2013 to 2014, a Research Analyst in 2015, and a Senior Research Analyst from 2016 to 2017. Pedro currently holds a senior position at Clarion Partners LLC, starting as an Associate from 2018 to 2019, then progressing to a Senior Associate from 2020 to 2020, and currently serving as a Vice President from 2021 onwards.

Pedro Niño pursued their education at The University of Texas at El Paso. Pedro completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics in 2010. Later, they went on to obtain a Master of Science in Economics (M.S.E.) with a specialization in Applied Econometrics from the same university in 2012.
