Scott Doucette

Scott Doucette has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Scott is currently the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Clarion Partners LLC since July 2018. Prior to this, Scott worked at AEW Capital Management, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Asset Management and Assistant Vice President of Asset Management. Scott has extensive experience in commercial lease negotiations, capital/tenant improvement management, multifamily repositionings, and ground up development. Before joining AEW, Scott worked at TriMont Real Estate Advisors as an Associate, where they managed the financial and operational performance of an opportunistic real estate portfolio. Scott also worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at both BlackRock and The Bascom Group, LLC. Scott started their career as an Assistant Forward Planner at Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes).

Scott Doucette attended California State University, Fresno from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Afterward, they pursued further education at the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2003, earning a Master of Science degree in Planning and Development.
