Michelle Fetzer, M.A., LPC, possesses extensive experience in mental health and social services, currently serving at Clarion Psychiatric Center since August 2014 in various roles including support for the Social Services Department and involvement in the Child/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. In addition, Michelle has been a therapist since August 2017 at United Methodist Church—Fertigs Charge, leading youth spiritual engagement activities. Since April 2017, Michelle has contributed as a guest teacher in Clarion County schools and as a part-time outpatient mental health therapist at Clarion Family Therapy, Inc. Further teaching experience includes part-time instructor roles at Clarion University of Pennsylvania—Venango College and Butler County Community College. Michelle's earlier positions have included roles such as outpatient mental health therapist, social worker, and mobile therapist. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from PennWest Clarion.
