Christian Kuper

Christian Kuper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lithium-ion modeling and requirements management. Currently serving as the Manager of LiIon Modeling and Requirements at Clarios since May 2019, Christian oversees a globally distributed team focused on battery modeling, algorithm development for performance forecasting, and requirements evaluation. Prior to Clarios, Christian held multiple managerial and engineering positions at Johnson Controls, including Director of Engineering and Manager of LiIon Modeling and Requirements. Additionally, experience includes roles at Accumulatorenwerke Hoppecke and academic positions as a postdoctoral researcher and scientific staff member. Christian Kuper earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Physics and a Diplom in Physics from Universität Osnabrück.
