Cole Fan

Cole Fan is an experienced professional in the field of battery technology, currently serving as Senior Manager for Li-ion Batteries at Clarios since May 2019 and as Senior Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls since May 2009. Cole has a strong background in leading global engineering teams, managing the development of 48V battery systems, and supporting production and procurement efforts in China. Prior roles include serving as System Manager for the 48V Battery development and as Senior Mechanical Engineer for electric vehicle battery projects. Cole's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Software from Shanghai University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Automation from Qingdao University of Technology.
