Elizabeth Powers

Elizabeth Powers currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Clarios, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held several significant leadership positions, including Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ATI from November 2014 to April 2022, and President of Archbishop Walsh Academy and Southern Tier Catholic School from January 2011 to June 2014. Elizabeth's previous experience also includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Dresser-Rand, overseeing HR, HSE, enterprise projects, and legal functions during the IPO from April 2004 to December 2011. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, roles at Ingersoll Rand included Vice President of Human Resources Shared Services and Director of Global Benefit Design, as well as Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources. Elizabeth holds a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, specializing in Human Resources, Compensation, Economics, and Labor Relations.
