Enrique Breceda

Enrique Breceda is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within leading companies. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for North America at Clarios since March 2023, Enrique functions as a legal business partner for global and US/Canada OEM customer and technology teams. Prior to this, Enrique held the position of Vice President Regulatory Affairs & Regional General Counsel for the Americas at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, managing legal and regulatory compliance across multiple business functions. Enrique's career includes significant roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where responsibilities spanned trademark licensing, contract management, and international dealer development, as well as litigation roles at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. and Foley and Lardner. Enrique earned a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in Latin American Studies, Political Science, and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
