Gerardo Gonzalez-Aleu

Gerardo Gonzalez Aleu serves as President of US & Canada for Clarios since May 2019, having previously held key leadership roles including Vice President and General Manager for Latin America and Vice President and General Manager for Global Aftermarket. Gerardo has a long-standing career with Johnson Controls, now known as Clarios, starting in 1994, where responsibilities included overseeing P&L, business strategy, and market growth across various regions. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Gerardo worked at PepsiCo in logistics. Gerardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's degree in Business Management Administration from IPADE Business School and executive education in Brand & Channel Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Gerardo has pursued studies in Corporate Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship at EGADE Business School.
