Roman Sustek

Roman Sustek serves as an IT Business Partner at Clarios since September 2019, bringing extensive experience from Johnson Controls where Roman has been employed since May 2010, progressing from IT Service Portfolio Manager to various managerial roles including an expatriate assignment as IT Manager. Roman has led teams responsible for enterprise application portfolios, service catalogs, and front-end development activities, while also overseeing major mergers and improving user experience in service management tools. Roman's earlier roles include managing change processes and resolving incidents as a System Administrator, showcasing a solid foundation in IT operations and service management. Roman holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Masaryk University Brno, completed between 2010 and 2015.
