Scott Rajkowski is an experienced corporate development executive with a strong background in M&A strategy and portfolio management across several industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Clarios since January 2024, Scott leads global initiatives for a major battery manufacturer. Previously, Scott held senior roles at Oshkosh Corporation and Generac Power Systems, overseeing corporate development in complex organizational structures. At Enerpac Tool Group, Scott completed 14 transactions worth over $700 million, enhancing portfolio value. Scott began the professional career at Robert W. Baird & Co. and holds a BSBA in Finance from Creighton University.
