Thomas Schoen

Thomas Schoen is an accomplished professional in the field of continuous improvement and operations management with over 28 years of experience. Thomas currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement for U.S. Operations at Clarios, a position held since May 2019. Previously, Thomas held the same title at Johnson Controls - Power Solutions from January 2015 to May 2019, driving significant operational savings and supporting continuous improvement teams across multiple facilities. Thomas began the career at Johnson Controls in various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager, Quality and Technical Services Manager, and Plant Engineering Manager, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and quality assurance. Earlier roles included Project Engineer and Plant Manager at Liquid Carbonic, where responsibilities encompassed project management and budget oversight. Thomas holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
