Richard Asplin

Richard Asplin is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Operational Lead at XPS Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Richard was the Regional Learning & Development Manager at Foundever from March 2009 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing post-onboarding performance and ongoing training for a large workforce both onsite and remotely. Richard also held the position of Team Manager - Retail Sales and Investments at Legal & General from 2006 to 2008. Richard's educational background includes a CIPD Learning & Development degree from Kingston College in 2012, along with studies at the University of Westminster.
