Joel Sumner has a diverse work experience in the data and research industry. Joel began their career at Claritas in 2005 as a Customer Support Specialist, providing assistance to customers. Joel then progressed to the role of Customer Support Team Lead in 2006, where they led a team in delivering excellent customer support. In 2007, Joel joined Nielsen as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. After seven years at Nielsen, they transitioned to the role of Client Director in 2014, where they served as the main point of contact for clients. In 2017, Joel returned to Claritas as a Client Director, leveraging their previous experience to provide strategic guidance and build strong client relationships. Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated their expertise in client management and support, making him an asset to any organization in the data and research industry.
Joel Sumner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from CSUSM College of Business from 2001 to 2005. Joel then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus from 2008 to 2009.
