Jennifer Birss

Jennifer Birss is an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT services and e-learning solutions. At Claritas Solutions Limited since June 2015, Jennifer manages client relationships and oversees a range of services including connectivity, security, and bespoke software development. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at CPL Training Group from June 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included client communication, conducting software demonstrations, and usage reporting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Leeds, earned between 2010 and 2013.
