Arnaldo Varela

Arnaldo Varela is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in data processing and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Clarity AI, Arnaldo manages the Snowflake ingestion process and oversees data governance, including the maintenance of a comprehensive dataset catalog. Previous roles include working at Bayes Esports as a Data Engineer, where Arnaldo focused on processing real-time data for esports competitions, and at BITA as a Product Developer, responsible for index design and backtesting. Arnaldo has also held positions as a Tech Lead at AVANTI Financial Services, supervising system architecture and API development, and as a Software Developer focusing on financial systems. Arnaldo is pursuing a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Carabobo.
