Erik Muro

Erik Muro is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer II at M1 since March 2021, Erik has previously held roles at Capital One as a Data Engineer and Software Engineer, where innovation in credit card product customization was a focus. Prior to this, Erik operated as an Independent Business Owner at ACN and gained early experience through an internship at Alcatel-Lucent, where exposure to various roles in software development was achieved. Erik began a career foundation with an internship at M.Geller LTD., managing a project for custom product labels. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
