Tara Brown-M.A., HSAe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tara most recently served as the Associate Vice President of National Sales at Clarity Benefit Solutions since July 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager-Midwest at Benefit Resource, Inc. Between 2017 and 2020, they held the position of Key Account Executive at WageWorks. Tara joined ADP in 2012 and held various roles including Sr. District Manager HR/BPO Solutions from 2015 to 2017 and District Manager from 2012 to 2017. Tara began their career at T-Mobile USA, where they held positions such as Sales Development Representative from 2010 to 2012, Account Development Representative from 2008 to 2010, and Customer Care Representative, CSR I from 2007 to 2008.

Tara Brown-M.A., HSAe completed their Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Speech/Theatre from Missouri State University, which they completed in 2006.
