Theresa Gallagher

Theresa M Gallagher is a Principal at Clarity BidRate Alternative Trading System, where Theresa M is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Clarity, as well as the development of variable rate municipal securities. Prior to this role, Theresa M was a Managing Director at Citi, where Theresa M served as the Global Head of Short-Term Securities, with experience in origination, sales, and trading of taxable money market and municipal securities. Theresa M holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from Rutgers University.
