Michelle Cranmer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Strategy & Instructional Design Consultant at Clarity Consultants since October 2022, Michelle has developed a manufacturing operations learning strategy for a global industry leader and created design documents and storyboards for courses aimed at plant-level line employees. Additionally, as a Senior Learning Development Consultant since April 2014, Michelle continues to showcase expertise in the field. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Penn State University.
