Luke Chambers

Luke Chambers is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and technology management. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Clarity since March 2025, Luke previously held the position of Sr. Principal Software Engineer at Vector Remote Care from July 2019 to August 2025, overseeing strategic initiatives and implementing significant projects that enhanced engineering productivity. As the first Chief Technology Officer at Vector, Luke built a product and an engineering team while achieving SOC2 compliance in under six months. Luke's career includes leadership roles at Raaft.io, Supportist, Agree, NAVIS, and Turnitin, where responsibilities ranged from directing software development to establishing robust engineering teams and architectures. Luke holds a BA in Computer and Economic Studies from Westmont College.
