Prior to joining the Clarity team, Becky’s HR foundation knowledge was built through her work as an HR Consultant and Head of Training for HR Annie Consulting and from her direct in-house HR Manager role with New Seasons Market. Through these opportunities she partnered on HR deliverables to ensure compliance, follow industry best practice, foster company culture, and meet budgetary constraints. Becky values working as a trusted resource to company owners and leaders, a partner to supervisors and individual contributors, to facilitate building strong company culture while ensuring HR compliance.
